Sensory Evaluation Class
Here is an opportunity to expand your palate, aroma library and understand faults/flaws in wine. Bring your palate and a pal to this science-based education on components in wine, faults that can and do occur in wine during production and exploring aromas.
Palate exercises, wine examples/samples to taste, palate cleaning foods and a night of the neurology of taste and smell all wrapped up into one 3-hour class.

Find out more about the latest AVAs, explore the Scablands of Eastern Washington and the lush and green Willamette Valley and the wines that are built from our vines that grow there. Learn a bit about tasting and finding aromas that assist you in defining these wines.
